If you would like one of our software support team members to view and control your screen to assist you with any problems you may be having, follow the instructions below.
Once downloaded, you will be taken to the TeamViewer page, and a download will appear on the bottom of your screen, if it does not appear you may have to search your downloads folder.
Double click and run the download.
Depending on your windows environment, you may need to provide TeamViewer permission to continue, if you are unable to do so - contact your system administrator.
This window will now appear, and your session code and name will automatically populate.
At this point, you should call Cutcher & Neale if you haven't already, and ask for a BSSS or Software team member.

Once the support team are aware of your request, they will send you a prompt. You can then click to allow, and you will be sharing control of your screen.
Once your session has been completed, an icon will then appear on your desktop, you can then access this without having to re-download.
